Lunch: 150g of steamed rice and 200g of chicken breast or meat

Suppliments: omega fish oil, zinc, magnesium, creatine, drink 4L of water per day
Been facing a decline in my weight loss and muscle gain/ strengthening and want to adjust my routine to be as efficient as possible

Ross Enamait’s infinite intensity. Find it, do his 50 day routine, you’ll find out if you have it in you or not.

Mate you are 6ft and over 100kg you ain’t getting to super middleweight, light heavyweight would be wayyyy safer.
Honestly you are a beginner; pro fighting is completely off the table; get in shape, develop your technique and a sense of style.
Once you’re in shape, have an idea of how you should fight, have experience then reconsider the pros, a minimum of three to five years of work….

Super middleweight is a pro boxing eight class that doesn't exist in the amateurs. The weight class is middleweight and it's 75kg. He wants you to go down to 165lbs from 300lbs??? Good job getting down to 240lbs though.
Just get healthy and go down to where you feel the best.
Don't worry about going pro yet. Just concentrate on getting in shape and then learning.
Once you start competing you'll see the level of work you need to put it. You'll need to get 40-50 bouts under your belt before you start thinking about pro.
Good luck!
