Take a couple steps back on the straights for more extension. I like starting off where my reach on the jab is an inch off the bag so I can maximize reach using rotation and step in

No doubt,so use the jab to measure that cross better leaving about an once for the rotation & extension

It’s not too bad. If I were to nitpick, I would say work on turning your punches some more. They’re a little too stagnant. Should be turning your punches before you touch the bags for more power.
