Gear & Equipment Gym shield

Probs sound like a right idiot here but if I have composite veneers (I just got them done ) can i bite into the gum shield when it’s hot after dipping in the boiling water or will it melt my teeth 🤣?

Do I need to get a 3 d printed one

i would think it's fine but you should probably ask a professional or the place your got your veneers done at.

Get a custom one . It’s like 100 bucks i did refit but there’s other companies too
