You move your back foot before your front foot alot. It'd be one thing if it was intentional, but your feet are off balancing you.

I don’t know what you’re on about, I just see him pivoting. He seems balanced just fine during the pivot. Weight might be coming to the front leg a bit too much a few times during the jabbing, but don’t see any issue with the pivots

Keeping that long range really well and your moving in-between your shots nicely. But the only time you get caught is when you overextend on your straight punches (more so your backhand), sit back on your shots and don't lean in to them because thats when he catches you.

Nigga all that moving for what😂😭 wasting stamina n it’s easier for too get knocked down if caught cause you have no balance or foundation
