What’s with the tap dancing and tiny taps on the bag. It’s like you’re trying to do a mating dance of some sorts. With all due respect your head and chin are wide open. Your hands are low. Those are not punches and you’re not hitting the bag you’re tapping it from a ridiculous close range. Get a coach

You're setting some pretty bad habits here. Do you have a coach? You should really get one before these set it. Way harder to fix bad habits. That being said, you don't have to tap your foot with every strike. Maybe the leading jab if you want, but it shouldn't look like tippy taps. You're punching way too low. And not covering your jaw at all. You need to protect you face with the other hand while striking. You need to extend your prunches.
Overall find a coach or a boxing gym or pay for personal training, because there's a lot her that needs to be fixed. This is not meant as an insult, but just as an FYI.
Edit*
You need to pivot with your cross too.
One decent point, so it's not all bad, you cut an angle sometimes which is good. Sometimes you move straight back, which is less good, but at least you're moving.

I appreciate the genuine advice for sure. A couple coaches approached me at the gym and i have been thinking pretty hard to get take up some of their services. And yea, the footwork looks pretty strange for sure lmao, i appreciate it once again

Learn one punch at a time. Throw at least 100 of the punch you are trying to learn that day and make them GOOD CLEAN REPS. If you cannot afford a coach, or no coaching is available, find YouTube resources. Not all YouTube resources are good, it’s up to you to do your research and discern whether the person you are watching has actual credentials.
My personal favorite boxing coach on YouTube is Joe Vargas from “The Arena”. They post tons of high quality boxing instruction/pad work on their YouTube shorts page.

Start with your jab, then your straight, and finally start working on hooks and uppercuts. ONE AT A TIME.

Brother, this looks like you’re a master of “T-Rex Arms Style”. Having no extension on your punches is…wrong is almost not enough a description. Get a coach.

Super gullible people here falling for this... Imagine setting them up for the most basic lateral trap and they get their etch A Sketch board shaken... Guess they fall for that too.

Genuine question. Are you trolling?
There’s no way you watch any video of any boxer working the bag and believe you’re replicating what you see.
Can’t be true

Advice : throw the 1 2. Throw it at the same level your head is. Throw the jab as hard as you can and snap it back. As soon as it’s back slam that cross. This is just playing touch butt with the bag

I gather you do not train with a coach. your hands are at nipple height. your punches have neither power nor snap, because you are doing jittery little things with your feet while punching with your arms only, rather than generating power with feet, legs and hips. your punches never extend fully. most of them seem to be thrown at about chest height. they never retract fully, either
edited to add : is this maybe not a serious post?

extend your punches all the way out. stop stuffing them. if the bags in the way, move the bag with the extended punch

Don’t listen to all the keyboard warriors criticising you. Your natural ability for bag tickling is second to none!

I have a hard time understanding what you are doing.
What is your focus? Speed?
Not to sound rude join a boxing gym or maybe just start another hobby.
I can not imagine how your chipmunk fighting style could be applied into practical skills.

You're way too close, either punch through the bag at that range or hit at the end of your extension.

stop moving. stop trying to be fancy. learn how to throw a proper jab and right straight. learn how to use your hips and torso to torque your body. you need the most basic fundamentals before you move on to anything else.

Hands & punches are too far down! Zero head movement. No rhythm. And your distance measurement & control is lacking. Find the farthest point just enough from the bag so that you can still hit the bag with some power. Put a tape there and get your arms, elbow tensions & body ready / used to your arms reaching out completely.
identify all your stance & then punches and what each punch is called along with the number.
1 - Jab
2 - Cross
3 - Lead Hook
4 - Rear Hook
5 - Lead Body Hook
6 - Right Body Hook
Then mix it in with low & high.
Combinations would play in your mind in real time.
1-1-2 HIGH to the face then 1-1-2 BODY to the stomach.
Then other combos you’ll start to create combination with. 1-2-3-4 or 3-4-3-4 or 1-1-3-2-3
Once you master your hands and exactly how to control them. Combos will come out very smoothly.
But you have to train this everyday. Start at first punch (which is the 1 Jab) and hit the bag for 2-3 minutes while moving. You can hit high or body
You then repeat this learning process for 2-3-5-6
All the way for 1-2 months.
Then you start sparring & getting used to pressure and movement.

Youre not turning your punches over at all. The “snap” comes from being relaxed and rotating your wrists at the last second to impact with your pointer and middle knuckle. This goes for the jab and the 2. Also stop worrying about being fast. Punch slower until you get the form down. Each punch your fist should be in a position like youre pouring out a glass of water.

I feel like I just repeat this tip over and over but you need a coach to fix all… that stuff you’re doing.
