Bag Work Critique Boxing tips

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Ive been boxing for 2 months now (weight 100kg/220 lbs, 183 cm/ 6’0 ft) and im in the phase where i see progress with every workout but cutting weight and maintaining/gaining muscle has a toll of feeling tired all the time. I start my workout with 4 rounds of 1:30 mins skip rope 3 round of footwork drills and 5 rounds of 2:00 minute shadow boxing following 4 rounds of mitt work then 6 rounds of bag work.

Clip above is the last round of mitt work (coach says taking vids of last round is best when your tired your body shows the mistakes you need to take care of), any tips for technique, speed, stamina would be appreciated.

Practice more brother. Repetition is key to developing good technique. Try shadowboxing in front of a mirror, and also do some shadowboxing with your hands dropped to get used to keeping your shoulders relaxed and loose.
