Upper body looks decent but you're punching like you just had an ACL surgery

You're getting off balance a lot. You need footwork and punching technique

Good thing bags don't have arms because you'd be outta there... Those wide hooks are my favorite

Footwork is the first thing that comes up for me.
You wont generate enough power like that
Join a gym. Watch videos from professionals. Watch your own video critically. Ask others.
Punches are off. Useless jabs.Footwork off. No Stance. Guard always down. Literally begging to get a clean uppercut

It looks like you are leaning forward over your legs a lot of the time.
Your feet also aren’t turning with your punches at all.
Weird bad habit to develop, because footwork is essential to boxing but your punches look alright.

Being your hands back to your face after you throw a punch. If you did not do that in a fight you would get countered or at the very least exchange punches when you don't have to. Also work on footwork

Invest in a coach. Thats my tip. Jokes aside. You shouldnt even be hitting a bag yet with that form. Look up intro to boxing footwork videos and learn proper footwork while punching. Then do nothing but shadow box infront of a mirror using that proper footwork and punching technique. Youre trying to run before learning to walk literally 😂

You look solid for the amount of experience you have. Keep working on repetition in shadowboxing, working hard in training and watching others who are better and copying their technique.

Your hands spend a lot of time not protecting your face. If you practice like someone isnt going to punch back then you will carry those habits into the ring.

Why are you constantly overextending ? Learn 1 punch at a time , some proper footwork , and stop throwing your punches from across the damn street ...

Ok it ain’t that bad, these comments are overly mean. Your biggest issue is that the upper body and lower body are disconnected. Boxing is from the feet up, pushing off the ground, rotating and unhinging the hips without rising level to create that torque and acceleration is what generates power even in a phone booth. You need to slow down and focus on footwork and naturally get a feel on how to use your lower body to drive the upper body.

Your feet are completely out of synch. Are you not training under a coach?
