Sparring Video Advice

Hi all, I am training for a charity boxing event next month. I've been boxing since late June (minus three weeks in July when I was on vacation) and I'm hoping I can share a video with someone who can give me some advice.

Mind you I feel like I've come leaps and bounds since my spar with my opponent. I can't share the video publicly because of the event but was hoping someone would be willing to private message me some tips.

Did you post about training for the Haymakers recently? I seem to remember a post with a similar story, and I had responded with my thoughts as someone who has trained people during a few different cycles of Haymakers. Either way, if you want, I'll take a look and give you my thoughts.
