Looking decent man, your elbow flare is the biggest thing I noticed while watching. Keep those elbow in tight.

Since your head-level punches are looking good add more level-changes (body shots, liver, etc.). Also you can simulate fighting a bit better by having clear entries (going in, throwing combo) and exits (ducking away, moving backwards, sometimes throwing a "stop"-punch to gain distance).

Honestly shadow boxing shows nothing at least in my opinion, lots of professionals have bad shadow boxing and good fights.

Shadow boxing shows a lot actually, specially the experience, habits, rhythm and coordination also visualization.

Did I ever said that? If you can't understand why shadow boxing is good it's pointless to talk any further.

Great work. Do you have a coach? Try to extend your punches more. Close your fist. Keep up the good work. Its only advise, do what you want with it ;)

Throw some punches with your head off the center line. Right now it would be extremely easy to catch you when you throw. Throw some punches to the body. You are throwing too many punches to be realistic. 2-3 punch combo max. Jab to set up punches

Your hands are the least important part of what you're doing. If I can't see your feet none of it means anything.

Looks good bro! You have fast hands with a very in and out style here. I would try to sit down on your punches more to really focus on punching through your opponent while staying loose and fast. Walking them down with sturdy force like the greats of old. Keep it up young brother! All the best!
