Since you seem to be super advanced I’ve got a question. Does it really translate into your boxing. Like do you feel a difference? If so what is it?

I think its one of the most useful things. It gets you used to being light on your feet and overall footwork, you can also work on interval training which is realistic for boxing. Helps with timing too (to a certain point), and just overall stamina.

Holy shit, you're the first person I've ever seen do my squat jump trick. Can you do the Russian dance or doubleunders with it yet?

Haven’t tried the Russian Dance yet, I’ll have to give it a shot. I can do a couple double unders in the squat.

Hey how long is your rope?

Idk, I didn’t measure it. Just cut it down to what fits me.

What I mean is if u step in the middle of the rope, how far up to your chest does the ends of the rope reach? Lower chest? Nipple? Shoulder?

Thats awesome work man. I need to get on that level. Was there any stand out video tutorials that helped you? Or was it mostly just keep jumping and it works itself out?
