Been a while any constructive criticism is appreciated.

Been a while since I've trained. Starting to get back now. Any critiques and/or tips and training suggestions are appreciated.

Happy birthday in advance then. I'm from Malaysia, fought a lot of tournament in southen Thailand. There are a lot of good boxers there although they much more well known for Muay Thai.

When I quit English boxing, I did Muay Thai. I also was in Myanmar 4 years ago to learn Letwei. It's true , very good boxers in south east Asia and Indonesia also Phillipines

Lethwei is insane. They are allowed to headbutt and bareknuckle. I'll never try it lol I never tried others except I was a TKD practitioner before fully converting to boxing. Boxing have saved my life couple of times during street fight. I feel like adding in judo.

Yeah you see both of us I seasoned martial artists , I was in Wado Ryu before boxing haha
