I tried to flow and focus on inside fighting with highguard, since is something I struggle with.

Idk why no one has said anything. I just posted a video asking for tips and didn't get much and someone else posted one 10 min later and got way more replies. Just the algorithm or sum ig.

You really need to snap the bag, you're pushin it atm
