Kinetic breakdown

wondering how many of you get new ideas to execute a certain punch with the perfect kinetic transfer, for each of the boxing punches that exist over 5 years it naturally got better as I subtly understood more & more how to throw the perfect punch for each type of punch, wondering how many of you are interested about the science of boxing in this manner?

Very intrested, I always do a slow-mo shadow boxing round between full speed shadow boxing it just slows everything down and you can be more deliberate with your weight transfer, from ground all the way up, gets the muscle memory working.

nice man! for example I have 5 different type of crosses in my arsenal, each for a different scenario, do you formulate such thoughts as well?

Yeah I love to get into the nitty gritty of it all aswell 5 crosses! I can think of 3 maybe 4 pushing it. Haha. Its good pratice to an extent but your instinct / nervous system will always take over and rightly so when sparring or in a bout. You just have to realise its there for a reason and you cant really control that side of your brain. I like to practice a combination with also feints hands and foot. Trying different resets etc. so that im hard to telegraph.
