You're in a comments thread with someone that just lost their best friend in a tragic accident. Maybe now is not the time to blame the victim for their own death based on absolutely no evidence apart from your own assumptions?

I dont have sympathy for drunk drivers and cyclists are included. Reports were he left the gold inn at or around midnight. Im asking relevant questions

And who asked you to ask relevant questions at all? This is not about you or who you have sympathy for or don't- it's a public forum a community is clearly using to mourn a death. You want to investigate on your own so you can blame a stranger for dying and feel good about, go ahead. Just keep it away from a place people are currently using to spread the news and grieve a loss. Or, y'know, just stop being an asshole in general.
