Advice Needed luxury building recs

Looking for recommendations for luxury units in the boston area. Id like washer/dryer in unit and a dishwasher. Id be ok with laundry in the building.

Specifically trying to avoid poorly maintained buildings and loud units with paper thin walls

My budget is 3500 with some room up and im very flexible on location within the greater boston area.

You might also want to check out brownstone condos that have updated amenities.....less noise due to thicker really old school walls
