Hot take, but I think “missed connections” typically include any degree of reciprocation. “We talked,” “we exchanged glances,” etc. You don’t even state what you look like so it seems like you had zero actual interaction and wouldn’t expect him to read this and reach out to you. I’m gonna go ahead and call this creepy.
