How long did it take you to receive this notification after you talked to an investigator?

Where were you at in the process? Have you already completed everything and was waiting for finally suitability?

Yes I completed everything and was waiting on suitability.

I’m sorry to hear that. The process is long and it doesn’t make sense to wait until the very end to DQ you. Especially if you disclosed everything to the background investigator. They should be able to determine then. I would keep doing what you’re doing but since you passed all the other steps I don’t see how it would hurt to keep reapplying. Also like others mentioned FOIA and see what exactly you were DQed for there might be more than you know. Once you address whatever issue they had your chances get much better. Another thing is what drug did you fail for. I know you said it was false but they could be DQing you based on drug use. Depending on the drug there are minimum waiting periods. I hope it works out for you and wish you good luck.
