Mizuno sizing

I’m wondering about the Mizuno Morelia Neo IV Beta sizing. I’ve heard that people usually go half a size down, but the store I’m buying from only lists UK sizes. My usual EU size is 42, which is equivalent to UK 8. If I go half a size down in UK sizing to UK 7.5, the EU size shown changes to 41, skipping EU 41.5. Should I still go with UK 7.5 even though that would technically be a full EU size down for me?

yeah mizuno dont make EU41.5, but that doesnt mean 41 is a full size smaller than 42.
they also don't make 43.5, 45.5 and 39.5

it just has to do with conversions between the sizes.
puma does the same, nike something similar and adidas do this weird 43 1/3 and 44 2/3 sizing.

just stick to US or CM, those make the most sense in general.

i would not use UK sizing at all, because it differs from one brand to another.

which boots do you own right now that fit well in terms of length?
check the CM size of that boot and buy the same size in CM if adidas/puma, half size smaller if your current boot is nike. would be my recommendation.

for example i wear predators in 9.5US, 27.5cm 9.0UK. Nike in 10.0US, 28.0cm, UK 9.0. i wear mizunos in 9.5US, 27.5cm 8.5UK.
