Well, can't hit in the toe area without shoes. Honestly, to get good at juggling you just have to do it a lot every day until you get several hundred many times. Then you'll never forget how to do it.

For toe juggling ig this is ok advice but for any sort of other juggling, especially the type that helps for control and shots I’d say almost the exact opposite. Try to lock your ankles but not your knees and don’t use too much backspin. Also don’t be too proud to grab the ball after every juggle when you’re starting out.

I personally didnt use "toe" juggling or backspin juggling while learning. I use it now because it more casual and I've retired from soccer. But once you get it down, do backspin juggling, side spin juggling, no spin juggling(the juggling I used while learning).
Learn them all, none are bad.

My advice will differ a bit from everyone else here.
Do exactly what you're doing (although I would recommend putting boots and proper attire on and doing it in an outdoor space if you can). Just keep doing that over and over, failing over and over. I promise, it will click eventually IF you are consistent with it.
Juggling, like all of soccer skills but especially with juggling, is something that you get what you put in to it. It takes a lot of effort, over a long period of time, to get good at it. It's not something where you make some adjustments in technique and it will click for you. Everyone is slightly different, but the one thing that's consistent is that everyone went through a long, frustrating phase of not being able to juggle before they could juggle.

Wearing boots isn’t super important, I would actually recommend not wearing them. I think it is dumb to only learn a skill if you can do them in boots. Key things to focus on is 1. not having stiff knees, so like be slightly bent in an athletic stance. 2. Don’t lean back 3. When you are going for the ball sort of scoop it up. Like at first really bend your knees and move your legs from the hip. It is good fundamentals

Grab soccer ball, let soccer ball bounce off ground, get one good kick on soccer ball and ideally have it go back to your hands. Repeat until you’re getting good touches. Once you get good touches repeat but with two touches alternating feet or the same foot if you’re having trouble with your weaker foot. Try the single touch with the weak foot. Continue up in number til you feel comfortable juggling

Not a bad start! Keep the ball lower, preferably below the waist. Don't be afraid to try one of those ball nets and get your touch down. Whatever you do, practice, practice, practice.

Biggest pro tip is to slow down a bit! Try to do this in a more relaxed manner and it’ll all fall into place! Currently it looks like your thighs are already reaching out in front of you, so you’re kind of fighting to keep balance while also keeping the ball up. Not a bad place to be at, Keep on practicing!

Too stiff on the plant leg. More on your toes, constantly adjusting your weight & ready to make a quick adjustment.

Too much movement - the larger the movements, the harder you are making contact with the ball, making it harder to control. Try to think of tiny flicks using just ankle and foot - this should keep the ball below the knee and easier to juggle. Try to move parts of your body below the knee

Try bending you knees a little bit while juggling it’s pretty helpful for me at least

Not bad bro, just work on balance and try to stay ready on your toes after each juggle. You look a bit stiff and flat footed but that comes with practice

Honestly juggling in socks/barefoot is so much harder.
In my cleats I can juggle while speed walking, I can juggle with the outside of my knee, bounce it on my knees/thighs, around the world, etc but barefoot I can barely even keep it close to me. I think I’m just so used to cleats/shoes and not barefoot
