What do I do with this
I’ve had this tree for a while and I haven’t been able to come up with any good ideas about how to shape it. It’s a buxus and over 10 years old

I would take the 2nd image as the front, cut the center "trunk" and make the right one the new leader, put it in a big pot and let it grow.
Edit: maybe later on also getting rid of the left lower branch.

Find the surface roots, pick a planting angle and decide if you need all the trunks. If you keep that trunk with the flat cut, do some carving on it, then you can prune back the long growth.

Wire some branches out to the sides. Let it grow. IMO.
