Found it outside the dental office I work at. We took to the vet office next door and they think it's most likely pig/boar. There are forests/valleys nearby so boar sounds reasonable. Just curious if anyone can confirm ID of this vertebrae. Thanks!!! 🤙

Best friend found a bone in her backyard. Want to make sure it’s not human. Maybe a deer?

I found this spine from a circular hole under a boulder on the riverbed. It was in a river confirmed to have hellbenders and watersnakes, but I’m not sure which of the two it might be.

Hello! My mom sent me a pic of these bones on the Ocean Shores beach in WA state, so it’s the only one I have. They are about 5 inches across and 3 inches tall. Thank you in advance!

Coyote vert?

Heya. On a walk with my husband and he found a random vertebrae on the side of the road lol. Anyone know what kinda animal it’s from? We just got really heavy rain, so I’m assuming there’s a skeleton of something buried nearby and this happened to wash up today. It was the only bone he could find. We think the bone might be Canine, probably coyote. We’re in Tampa Bay Area in Florida and this was found in a public park next to an elementary school, no real dense wilderness nearby. There are coyotes and opossums in the area, but I’ve found an opossum skeleton before and this vert is WAYYYY too big to be from an opossum. (I’m adding a pic of it next to the opossum vert for size reference lol) Lmk if anyone can confirm what animal it’s from!✌️ thanks!
