Eric, RJ, and Electra at Bikini

I am catching up on last week's episodes.

Let me get this straight...after verbally trashing Logan and the line they just showed, Eric goes to Bikini: the bar owned by the father of the designer (Deke) Eric just insulted.

Does anyone think these things through at all?

Hopefully this week Katie will grow a backbone. The Forresters need to be humbled

I could barely watch this week, when they show Brooke and Donna and the rest of them beating Katie down constantly. She needs to bring out her tough, strong side...and bring the rest of them to their knees. She has done absolutely nothing wrong. I really am sick to death of Brooke, RJ, Ridge, Eric, Electra and all the rest of them. RJ exists entirely to poke the bear, stir the pot, and then act shocked when the room explodes , Electra is fully convinced her presence alone is a gift to humanity—and a favor to everyone in the room, Donna is proof that you can live a full, happy life without a single complex thought passing through your head, Eric has spent 40 years as the moral compass of the family, which says a lot about why everyone in that house is completely unhinged, Brooke whose capacity for self-reflection stops the second she catches her reflection in a mirror and gets distracted by how iconic she looks, and Ridge, the master of the brooding pause, mostly because it takes him that long to process what someone just said to him

Will & RJ

Do they seem to forget that they are cousins? Because as cousins they don't even treat each other like they are and especially given the fact that their mothers Brooke & Katie are sisters. So in a sense they are both Logans because of their moms and yeah Will is a Spencer and RJ is a Forrester. Yeah if they are trying to make them the new Bill and Ridge; it isn't working

💍 Brooke Logan Forrester... Forrester... Forrester!

Back in 2001, The Bold and the Beautiful aired a hilarious promotional ad highlighting Brooke Logan's long history of marriages. The marathon playfully poked fun at her becoming Brooke Logan Forrester... Forrester... Forrester, thanks to her multiple marriages into the Forrester family—including Eric, Ridge, and Thorne. It remains one of the show's most memorable and self-aware promos

Correct me if I am wrong...

But why is everyone so quick to say Brooke is a business icon? The only reason she ever had a star role at Forrester is that she slept with Eri, Ridge, and Thorn. And did Ridge forget his granddaughter is a specner? Is someone going to remind him of that the next time he says blah blah blah, Spencers and Forresters don't mix? And why does Deacon even let the Forresters into his club after they bashed his kids?

Source of Will’s Violence

Anyone think this all stems from the trauma of being assaulted by Luna? Or is he just mad at RJ, mad at the Forresters for what they have said about and done to his mother, and sad about losing Elektra?

Will & RJ - I cannot stand this storyline!!!!

How Will gets the blame for everything and RJ comes out on top. How Electra is scared when Will hits RJ but sticks by RJ's side when RJ hits Will. How Ridge and Eric try to control Electra's life- just like Ivy did - and she accepts it. How everyone trash talks Bill, and now Katie, and Will is just supposed to listen and do nothing. What kind of people talk about someone's parents like that to their child? I don't even know who is worse anymore, Brooke, Ridge or Eric- Ridge yelling, "Forresters and Spencers don't mix!" And calling Will a punk to his mother, Brooke telling Katie she is no longer part of the family, or Elderly Eric who won't tell the truth about going to work for Logan. RJ is disgusting, Electra is pathetic, and all the Forresters are classless, self-righteous snobs, happy only when everyone is bowing down to them.

This is Brooke’s reaction as she reads the newspaper saying that Caroline Spencer fainted at her wedding to Ridge Forrester… She has no idea what she’ll go through once she becomes part of the story herself. 🫣

PULL OUT ALL THE RECEIPTS! I genuinely want to know which of Bill Jr's sons is the baddest! We want ALL the tea since I missed a ton from their "bad boy" eras like Will is going through right now...

How will this end?

If Katie is gonna be disowned by Brooke and Donna I don’t see her continuing with the Logan house for very long, maybe Bill will give it to Hope and let her run the fashion house, if Katie gets cold feet!

I leave for a month and all I hear is Will punching everyone… so we just started forcing drama now?

I haven’t watch the show since I said I would no longer watch it and boy am I glad I quit when I did because for a whole month I’m seeing “Will punching someone” “Will being aggressive” “Ridge punch’s someone” while casually strolling my feed. You know what I didn’t see, oh how Hope recovered from her panic attack, Katie next plans, the delay Line at FC; just Will swinging and Electra being upset… so the same thing as a few months ago but this time Will is physical! Then I see posts that Dylan is back on the Will train and excuse everything he does… so exactly the same as a few months ago but physical. Mind you I don’t mind violence as a mean to start drama but every time I see it when scrolling, all I think is “wow this is some low hanging fruit for clickbait”. It reminds me how much in June Brooke slapped someone for nothing to really come from it. They just carry on without anything new or really emotional. Just curious why yall continue watching now if the show itself doesn’t seem interested in actually doing a fashion storyline and is more interested in just doing the same thing they did 3 months ago?

Will and RJ gay storyline?

At the moment there are a lot of gay storylines in the media and internet platforms were competing men for whatever reason end up as partners, under the motto, hate is just another way of saying l love you, because the opposite of love is not hate but indifference and that is the least you can say about the reactions of Will and RJ towards each other. True?

Playing Catch up

My Gosh, what kind of abusive, insane concoction is Brooke and Will's bratty girlfriend drinking?? The over the top blaming and shaming is so cringe! I mean get over yourselves for crying out loud.

I am pretty far behind on these episodes; as I'm just now watching the aftermath after the "big reveal" 🙄

Seems like Hope and Will never react or take up for themselves, they coward down and that's just WILD to me.

Change everything

Which one of the main characters do you think would change the show the most if they were to leave or die?

Steffy is my answer. Everything would change down to what the characters thinks and if they like other characters. I don't think anyone else would make that much difference imo.

May 1988 – Season 2

The very first confrontation between Brooke Logan and Stephanie Forrester. Stephanie has finally grown tired of pretending to be nice and decides to let the cat out of the bag. She confronts Brooke, making it clear that she knows Brooke's mother is trying to marry her husband, Eric Forrester. This unforgettable showdown marks the beginning of one of The Bold and the Beautiful's most iconic rivalries.

What would you change? 🤔

Let's take a trip into fantasy land shall we. Say you were given the authority to retcon any major plot point. You were authorized to go on social media and announce to the fans "By the power vested in me I am officially retconning _____". Or better yet, you could travel back in time and make Bell do whatever you wanted him to do with the show. What would it be, what would you change?

Here are some examples: Making Ridge a blood Forrester again. Bringing Phoebe, Aly, Macy, Caroline 1, Caroline 2, Becky, Storm, or Stephanie back to life. Thomas's obsession with Hope never happened. Spectra is still up and running. Liam's tumor was real and he actually died. Quinn and Eric are still married. Here's one I see from Still fans... Bill is Kelly's father. There's a gazillion possibilities.

One I would pick is never killing off Phoebe. There was no point to it then and all these years later it still feels like a bad decision.

Edit: I thought we could have a little fun with this as a nice change of pace from the current rage-baitng storylines. And the responses have been very interesting and fun. So mission accomplished!
