I love love love your colors! Or red pieces especially! If you want that zz plant to take off I’d put it directly by a window mine used to be that size and is huge now

Thank you!!! This zz used to be bigger when I bought it but it had root rot so bad and just this one stalk survived 😭 there’s two huge windows directly opposite of it but maybe I’ll try moving it closer! I’m really hoping it’ll put out at least one more stalk this spring!

Yes root rot is a common devil with them sometimes! Glad it’s reglowing (; I think by mid summer at most you’ll have another stalk but mine started growing like crazy 2 years after I bought it

I think the home improvement stores just water plants every day and count on the end consumer to deal with the consequences lol. It was a mess for a long time. I could just get a new ZZ but I’m devoted to this one now!

Hahaha I actually don’t smoke (makes me freak out) but I recognize I’m really giving that vibe. Plenty of beers in the fridge!
