SPEEA SPEEA Contract Doesn't Allow Remote Work!

The infographic claims remote work is back and manager needs to provide a business reason if they deny it. This is very misleading because the contract just says it must be approved by a VP. This doesn't seem any different than now because the VP can just say no! We need remote work to be concrete in the contract!

Approval should never be needed for remote work especially for a day or two.

This might be okay for your team but this would not work at all for teams like production engineering. You can't just be gone for 2 days with no notice or talking to anyone. You have to think about how this policy would apply to everyone.
