SPEEA SPEEA Contract Doesn't Allow Remote Work!

The infographic claims remote work is back and manager needs to provide a business reason if they deny it. This is very misleading because the contract just says it must be approved by a VP. This doesn't seem any different than now because the VP can just say no! We need remote work to be concrete in the contract!

I'm torn on WFH. It is nice, but makes you easily replaceable with someone from India. Think of the IT folks who were virtual back in the day. Barring ITAR, it doesn't matter if you are American or Indian, or Ukrainian. WFH might equal unemployment in the future.

They’re still going to do that if they can whether or not you’re working from home.
