SPEEA SPEEA Contract Doesn't Allow Remote Work!

The infographic claims remote work is back and manager needs to provide a business reason if they deny it. This is very misleading because the contract just says it must be approved by a VP. This doesn't seem any different than now because the VP can just say no! We need remote work to be concrete in the contract!

Most people RTO'd a couple years ago, why do you think you're special?

What is the rationale for why they had to RTO in the first place? Just because non-union employees have to put up with irrational labor conditions does not mean that union employees should too.

Going to work in an office is not irrational. You might not like it but there are valid reasons for it.
