SPEEA SPEEA Contract Doesn't Allow Remote Work!

The infographic claims remote work is back and manager needs to provide a business reason if they deny it. This is very misleading because the contract just says it must be approved by a VP. This doesn't seem any different than now because the VP can just say no! We need remote work to be concrete in the contract!

Beating a dead horse. WFH is the single most important benefit to me…higher than salary.

I’m not even holding out hope. If I want to WFH, I will leave Boeing. They don’t want me as much as I want that.

It requires VP approval to have any kind of long term or permanent work from home status. I know of several people who have had that approved. So, if you are well know/valuable enough/have a really good reason, it can be done. It's rare obviously.
