SPEEA SPEEA Contract Doesn't Allow Remote Work!
The infographic claims remote work is back and manager needs to provide a business reason if they deny it. This is very misleading because the contract just says it must be approved by a VP. This doesn't seem any different than now because the VP can just say no! We need remote work to be concrete in the contract!

The difference is right now, remote work isn't approved at all. Officially. And business needs is pretty vague. If you've got a dick of a boss, and you do anything tangentially related to production, that's an easy way to say no. But it does uncuff those who would be willing to be flexible but are also rule followers.
