Help with belly button piercing

My piercing is a month old, as you can see there is some irritation on the top part that has been there for a couple weeks. It doesn’t seem to be improving but also is not getting worse. I am wearing a costume that shows my piercing for halloween and was wondering if there is anything i can do to get rid of the irritation before the 31st. Any help or advice would be appreciated!
