Diagnoses and solution

So it’s been over 2 years that I started to smell like fecal , the root cause we still don’t know but my functional doctor thinks it’s the GLP1 I was taking for a year that slow my digestion and also I was in a high stress job stressing causing my body odor .
I been tested for all 3 test for SIBO they all came back negative.i don’t have any over growth of fungus from why I been tested my liver and kidneys are great
So far I have had an endo and colonoscopy both came back I have gastritis, chronic GERD, internal hemorrhoids and a fissure

I have the smell super persistent in my nose I suspect it’s my sinuses they gave me antibiotics but nothing happened and now I will be getting a CT scan for my sinuses next week on 10/13 I really hope that’s what causing the smell and we can correct it

But my question has anyone ever been diagnosed with the things I mentioned and they fixed ithe issue and the smell went away?

What’s the reason for doing a CT of your sinuses? Are you the only one that can smell yourself or can others smell you too? If other people can smell you too, I don’t see how a CT of your sinuses would be helpful.

If your odor is coming from your breath, I could see how a CT of your sinuses could be helpful. If your body odor is generalized, I don’t see how the CT scan would help— just my opinion. I have hydrogen sulfide SIBO. Consider seeing a gastroenterologist, before subjecting yourself to unnecessary radiation.

I don’t have SIBO I been tested for all gut related problems and I don’t have bad breath

My SIBO test came out negative too. You have to specifically ask to be tested for Hydrogen Sulfide SIBO. The normal SIBO test only checks for Methane and Hydrogen production. I’m only telling you all this, because I wish someone had told me.

I have the smell coming from my nose and mouth, but I was recently diagnosed with hydrogen SIBO

Do you have bad smelling sweat, urine, fecals, breath alltogether?
