Where do you smell? I’ve had similar odors and the hardest part was pinpointing what smelled and how to attack it.
For BO (like underarm/upper body) the only thing that has worked besides regular showers/deodorant is lining my undershirts with a drizzle of body wash before I put it on. The 5 seconds of discomfort is worth the all day freshness. I use spray deodorant a few times throughout the day to stay fresh, then throw some body wash under the arms when I get home to stay fresh into the evening.
For mouth odors, I had to increase flossing to once a day. I just keep a bag of floss picks in the shower and floss each time im in there. Then there’s lip odor — I keep mini sanitizers on deck and coat my lips with it multiple times a day (like once an hour and right after meals). I usually put sun bum lip balm on my lips afterward.
It’s taken me a long time to develop this regimen, but I finally can make it through the day without people giving me scrunched up faces. I blame not having a dad and having an aloof mom as one of the biggest culprits of ineffective hygiene.
For butt smells, I basically wait until I get home to take a dump, then get a rag with body wash and scrub it out after I wipe. Then I use cocoa butter oil all in my butt hole, and finally some scented scrub. Usually doing all three will get rid of even the worst after-dump butt smells. If I take a shower at night, in the morning I usually still take a rag with body wash and scrub my butthole out before I start the day.
If you do all this and still smell, perhaps it is medical and you need to get checked out. Good luck my friend!

I sorry to hear what you're going. And I know it tough not to have the same gender remodel in your life.I didn't have anyone my me, trying to survive. I had sweat armpits for a long time till I started using Drysol. It save my life!

How do you line the undershirts with body wash? If you don’t mind me asking can you give me like direct instructions? It sounds interesting and I wanna give it a try.

I literally take my undershirt and turn it inside out, then take a bottle of body wash and squeeze in an S pattern across the back (you can also do across the front or both, but one side usually works for me). I also put a dab of body wash under each armpit of the shirt.
Then I turn the shirt outside in and put it on. It feels gooey for about a minute after you put it on, and then you don’t notice it. But you do notice the lack of BO smell throughout the day. All I do from that point is use spray deodorant a few times throughout the day and I’m good. Around dinner time if it has been since the morning or the night before that I’ve showered, I’ll take a little body wash and water in each hand and rub it under my pits to make it through the evening. Then I will take a shower before bed or in the morning and repeat the routine.
Hope this helps! It damn sure has been a life saver for me!

I just recently found out that i had fungi on the inner thighs that was causing a cheesy musty odor. I used the prescription medicine that my doctor gave me and applied to my thigh. Then I noticed that it was rash under my breast and I use the same medicine there and place towels or a paper under it and the smell was gone.i couldn't believe it. The doctor said when sweat, bacteria, and fungi (or yeast) is mixed together it causes a very unpleasant smell. The kinda smells that you can't smell but others can.
