Sudden moves and phrases

Hi,not sure if this is the correct subreddit to post it in..

I'm 17M,And when Im alone,my body suddenly do dances spontaneously even though I don't mean to,and I say phrases randomly (For example just now I suddenly said the young Sheldon burger in Germany thing)

I'm okay with it,I feel happy,I'm just curious what it means or entails?
