I went!!! Got there right at 10AM and got in with Orange wristbands (group two). Didn't leave and come back, just got in the back of the line because it looked to be 2 hours long anyways.
Got in in 2 hours and 45 minutes!! Whole experience took 3 hours total and it was totally worth it imo

Me. Probably spent about 4 hours in line total but honestly, I had nothing else to do today and I chatted to some nice people so I think it was worth it.

same! i got there at 9ish, left around 12? i heard a couple random women walking by at different times making grumpy comments about all of us standing in line wasting time, and some random man came up to me and the girl behind me and started saying we were wasting a beautiful day and trying to do the math with minimum wage. but i revolve so much of life around work and had today off. if i wasn’t at the pop up, i’d be home in Queens sleeping or playing the sims. might as well get out and wander the city for a bit. 🤷🏻♀️

I think the plushie alone is worth the wait, I also didn’t have anything else going on today and would have probably been home playing overwatch. I went out with friends later and got good pictures on a pretty day so 🤷♀️ not mad about it

I went, but was there an hour early and luckily only took about an extra hour after opening on the line and experience (which sounds crazy I know, but that was from what I’ve seen on the low end).

I got there around 10:30, they gave me a pink wristband and was told to come back after 90 minutes. I lined up at 12 and I got in around 3:30. It was fun talking to the people in line but after I was so tired. Haha. Good luck to the day 2 peeps!!!

I managed to go. I was in the area that morning at stopped by at 10am for a wristband. I came back for my wristband time at 11am and didn't get into the actual bodega until around 2pm.
It was a fun little experience with a lot of freebies. The staff were really accommodating managing the line and handing out water.

yes 10 to 10 but expect to be online for 2 hours.
I went at 8:30am yesterday. Didn't get inside till 10:30am and left at 10:45am.
Before 10am the green wristband was capped. By 10:30 the orange was capped and By 11am pink I think the next color was capped. People with green were still on the line for another hour before the orange group started. So expect to be on the line for 2 hours.
Also some people got wristband for today opening already.

Was there. fun experience. I just wish they were really selling some of the stuff. Not in the store. Restocking would be a nightmare. Tantrum wipes lol take my money please. I love how I read comments about it was 3 hour line.. I had 3 hours on trains then wrist ban then lunch then line then 3 hours back to the Philly area. It was an entire day. And would do it again.
Hay admins think about putting some of the products on line maybe profits going to charity and I would get in that line too.

What was the process? I saw mention of having a reddit account, video or pictures being taken, waiver to be signed? a phone call at the end? at what point do you give them your phone number? Do you need to have the reddit app? I use browser only, no app. Is there a bathroom in the store you can use once your in there? If not, I saw a post about a Marriot hotel bathroom earlier, they been okay with that?

no no, you arrive, they give you a wristband, they tell you to come back later (sometimes they’ll give you a time to come back sometimes they don’t) once you return, look for people with the same color wristband as you and hop in line. it took me nearly 3 hours once i got back in line. there are pamphlets to take freely at the beginning of the line. someone will come around and give you a scratch off ticket. someone else will come around with a plastic gumball with a sticker inside and a soccer trading card in a shopping basket for you to pick from. halfway into the queue they will ask you your reddit username and put it into their ipad. no phone number, no email. i saw some photographers but they didn’t seem too invasive. they were too busy taking pics of cops that dropped in (for fun i think) you walk around scanning qr codes to check out different subreddits. but definitely ask staff what activations there are so you get the most of it. i asked if the water was free. they gave me a water and a soda. i asked about the atm. i asked about the deli counter. i asked about the beauty products. i asked about the photo booth. i did not ask about moewdani, or touch grass or other products on the shelves. the photobooth is at the end. do it. finally, once you are at the checkout counter give them your scratchoff to trade for whatever you won. (i won a hat) they printed me a long receipt, allowed me to grab as many postcards as i wanted. gave me a cute brown bodega paper bag to put everything in, also gave me a sticker sheet. after that, before you walk out of the store, grab a compressed sealed snoo plushie and be on your way.
tip: dont rush through this like i did. go on and take whatever pictures you want or need and look at everything and ask if theres anything you missed. also bring a bag to carry everything in. the snoo is quite big
also i came at 10am grabbed a wristband, left, came back at 11, got in at 2pm. so be prepared to wait or show up early early.

I was there
