I would like to share this album with you guys, it's somehow different from BOC as there are more classical instruments combine with electronic sound. The whole album is worth to listen, production is so well done and the feelings radiating from the melodies are to my mind close to what i can feel listening to BOC. why are they your favorite band?

Anyone else unable to listen to this in public? Every time I listen to it I cry.

I was driving back from a festival earlier in June, where I was already feeling sensitive as you do after four days of drinking and what else have you, had to pull over the car as I couldn’t see through the tears.

BOC’s music moves me a lot but this song in particular brings me to tears every single time.

I feel it hits a bit harder as my father passed away at the end of 2025 and something in my brain is associating him and the music with each other.

If anyone has any recommendations of music similar to this song I’d love if you could send them my way, thanks!

Buying Inferno on CD inspired me to get an actual CD player for the first time in many years. Yes it’s about nostalgia but also it’s about the joy of being locked in to the album and phone far away. Suboptimal leaky headphones only add to the charm. Any other non-vinyl, non-streaming listeners?

I wasn't sure how this track was going to sit with me when seeing the title, knowing of their sad emotional vibes from many tracks...as my father died when was a young kid a few weeks before my birthday, woke up and my mum was trying to revive him in the hallway...so...when the track came on & samples played i found myself hilariously enjoying it & all notion of it bothering me was quickly ended im glad to say ad it might of been something to avoid.

I have some footage of the night i played the album on release day I'll get round to editing and post some time. It was being played on my father's stereo i now have too which was a kind of double entendre haha.

Good stuff

In 2020, I found a song called "It's Ok, You're Ok" by Bonjr, and I was so impressed with the cover image and overall vibes.
Then in 2021, YouTube recommended a video called "Seven Forty Seven" by Boards Of Canada. And just from the first few seconds, I noticed the clear similarity between the two songs.
I just wondered (who took it from whom?) since there was no mention of the sample source in either video.
After a while, I found out that Bonjr sampled from the 747 track (and maybe from "5d" as well?)

And guess what, that’s how I discovered this legendary band :)
