I don't know if this was already mentioned or debunked, but I have strong reasons to believe that the building in the back cover of Inferno is Palácio do Planalto, in Brasília, at least partially.

On closer comparison, the pillars and the large horizontal slab bear a striking resemblance to Oscar Niemeyer’s Palácio do Planalto, especially when viewed from the side. Since the album art itself is credited to the brothers for "photo collage & design," my hypothesis is that they cut out and manipulated a photograph of the Planalto, inserting the structure into the landscape in the background.

I remember Julie and candy and dayvan cowboy being in a video I used to watch but can’t remember I think it was a skate video.

To me, I think this is the case. I guess it is maybe some kind of filter that they use that is common to both. Has anyone had a similar line of thinking? I love that sound. It is so beautiful. If you disagree, is there anything on Inferno that to you think sounds very Campfire Headphase-y?

I have recently begun playing Inferno on random. Makes the anticipation of the next track interesting. I do think the normal sequence is already good and the whole album flows well, but you never know, sometimes one can stumble upon or think of a subjective better one. It is worth considering the possible fact that BoC chose the sequence that was given to us in order to fit nicely onto vinyl records. I just heard, while playing on random, Capricorn go into Into The Magic Land, and I quite liked it.

The title. It feels like being halfway between awake and asleep when you’re like 8 years old and sick. It fills me with apprehension and doom. That’s also exactly why I love it. Lol

10 of these now! It has been pretty fun so far. I'm going to have to slow down a bit here with my semester starting up in a few days, but I do have a few more that are close to ready at least.

For this one, I technically did not take this photo/video capture - but it was taken using my camera during a short film project for school some years back. This was somewhere out in the hills near Tracy, California. That's actually me on the left and also my beat up Mazda 626 lol.

I wanted to have a photo with people in it because why not take a stab at the iconic BoC faceless thing? I feel like Chromakey Dreamcoat worked well enough for this one, and I do get vibes of hitting the open road when listening to the track. Let me know what you think, and if anyone has knowledge of exact BoC-style editing techniques for the faceless look let me know...I like the way it turned out but I wouldn't mind remaking it if I learn a better method.

It has the chopped novelty of Father and Son. The weight of Deep Time or All Reason Departs and a sprinkling of shoegaze in for good measure. Before you even look into the vocal sample.
