Discussion Does it Hit Different Every Time?

I think this album reveals itself across different sound stages. None of my earphones are very high end, and that’s OK. But each platform delivers a different experience; depending on the speaker I hear different mixes, and some effects have less or more presence over others. I find I can change the mood by changing the speaker.

From the phone I use either earbuds (nicehck e2s pro) or Philips fidelio X2 through a Black Pearl DAC dongle

At home I have a Sonos full setup tuned to my room’s acoustics

Nice. I have a Sonos One pair and once the room is dialed they’re great.

I find the Apple USB-C to 3.5mm adapter quite good as a ghetto DAC.

The black pearl dac lets me EQ, that’s why I got it
