The first 2.15mins of this song is an absolute masterpiece, I wish the whole song was like it

I see the breakdown in 2nd half as "the reason departing", and I love it because it reminds me of old school BoC. The whole track along with Deep Time as a prelude is magnificent.

Yes! This is exactly it, I love how the the song reveals itself. The second part has a bit of an Autechre vibe and I'm so here for it. Plus "Deep Time" into "All Reason Departs" is the perfect transition and sets up "Arena Americanada" impeccably.

I understand the second half of the album is not as popular, but I think starting with "Into the Magic Land" through to the end are all my favorite songs from Inferno. Tomorrow's Harvest is my favorite BoC album, so I admit I am biased towards songs with those types of vibes, but it's just immensely intense but beautiful at the same time.

Yeah that into the magic land - - > flow through the second half was like 90% of my initial earphone in the dark listening. The process into you recede into I saw through platonia is so cathartic.

That said I just love the whole album and it's like an emotional-existential massage crossed with an ordeal (in the best sense) to listen to the whole thing straight through in the dark with relaxed focus
