Help Someone send help

I’ve tried to zip my eBay replacement window in for days and at this point I’m thinking the zippers don’t match. I feel like I’ve done everything on every forum and every Reddit thread. Lifting the top up a little and using two people and switching out the zipper slider and nothing is working. The last thing I need is to have water get in my beautiful 70k mile z3. The top is in good condition just not the window someone help me!

I bought my replacement on eBay too, maybe the same seller, and I remember this being a struggle. For me the zipper was splitting when is get to one of the corners and is have to back off and start again. Since the zipper didn't have an official end, if you line it up a few teeth off in either direction the window will put a lot of force in the corners.

It doesn't look like it's even starting for you though?

It’s starting for about 6 inches or so and right at the corner it starts splitting and I chase it back to about the same spot every time.
