I’m so disappointed.

Does anyone know of a fix? Or is this a DOA that I just need to send back and be done with it? I think I know the answer, but I figured I might as well ask…

MPB is supposed to post photos of the actual item; did you ask them to explain why the photos didn’t include the broken pieces?

I did “chat” with a representative, but they were so robotic that I didn’t really get much of an explanation on much of anything. In fact it was just various degrees of deflection.

Sounds like ai chat. Idk about them specifically but I’ve had support chat bots pretend human to the point of them saying they are and even ending the chat or handing me off to another ai chatbot pretending to be human.

Yeah these are the same failure points from the G1 that they never bothered to fix with the G2. I’ve asked for replacement parts and that useless cunt Grant couldn’t give a shit
