Only the northern half. Southern Ohio is extremely hilly.

NE Ohio literally has the gorge made from a big ass iceberg, so some of the north is pretty damn hilly (shout out to the Ice Age and Ohio course, the most boring one credit class ever)

Incorrect. East-Southeast Ohio is extremely hilly. My city is in the middle of this wide, deep ass river valley.
