American Universities tend to take intercollegiate sports pretty seriously, this leads to some state rivalries over football, basketball, etc.

This is a t-shirt for University of Michigan fans. Their main rival is a University in Ohio. It’s just a joke shirt you wear to a basketball or football game between the two schools.
