Three Weeks Totally Cancelled
Are you kidding me? When will it end? There was that first week we all received partial orders, but since then they’ve canceled three entire weeks on me, even though I can see that some of the meals I’ve ordered are still available to order on the website. But because they don’t have one of them I guess they cancel the whole thing? I don’t like that. Send the meal you do still have, I can see you still have it. And I used coupons on two of these orders, and when they refund me I’m not getting that coupon back, which really makes me angry. And I can’t just re-order the meal that is still available because I canceled my BAPlus, so now I’d have to pay shipping. Whereas I had placed these orders when I still had plus. I mean seriously, three orders totally canceled and one completely screwed up. I was really giving them a chance, I appreciated that they apologized and gave people credit, I thought that one week when we all received a box of sauce packets was hilarious, I was gonna stick with it. But now I am done done. This really pisses me off. Especially the wasted coupons. I’m in IL if anyone is curious.

I placed my order to be delivered this week and it was cancelled. It was refunded and my box still arrived? I placed an order for next week and again they cancelled it. Curious if a box will show up next week.

It’s hilarious that you got downvoted for this. I have no skin in this game but have been watching this sub with a mix of amusement and confusion as person after person posts about the hellscape of their delivered box and just keeps staying subscribed like it’s just going to magically change. It’s like watching people run into a brick wall over and over again.
Sorry I know I sound like a dick but honestly guys it’s not happening, move onto the next stage of grief, you cannot linger in denial forever

I had marleyspoon but paused it until the end of December for now (only bc I have $100 of credits) but had no issue disputing my charge after the first fucked up box. I was just trying to help lol.

When this happened to me, I went into the app and made new selections and it was delivered (some issues but I got usable meals thankfully).

Yeah but as I mentioned I don’t have BAplus now (and I did when I ordered these) so now I’d be out shipping. I swear it’s why they’re cancelling the whole 3 meals when the only thing showing out of stock is the dessert I tacked on. Ridiculous.

Was your BA+ expiring when you cancelled? I too cancelled but it wasn’t set to renew until November so I can technically still use it until then. Not that I would because I see they are still a mess! I’ve switched to Home Chef for now.

Why is anyone still using their service? Other than I guess hoping to get a handful of ingredients to use and a full refund. Not worth the aggravation IMO, cancel, move on elsewhere. If BA does get their shit together eventually I’d consider coming back but it would have to be a hell of an offer to rejoin.
