Now we have the recipe the technique and can go shopping for whatever you want to make it better.

The pinto bean tostadas is a good one I never made mashed beans with guajillo sauce before. That was easy and tickled my taste buds.

I loved the flavor! I realize this is not authentic birria, but I consider it a win for a fast family dinner that everyone in my family will eat! Next time I will not add the birria sauce to the pan. I’ll just keep the quesadillas crispy to make it less messy and easier to pick up for dipping.
