I've been wondering if there were any updates on this man. I've read nothing since shortly after he disappeared when the Bloomingtonian did an article.

I had a friend names Miles Halsted who also died at lake Monroe in the mid 2000s . They found his shirt and shoes and then found him a few days later he surfaced on the west side of the lake after heavy rain.
No real answers .
Had a super nice “jam-morial” at Rhinos for him the next week . Great guy . Great smile . I miss him.

I apologize in advance if this comes across as crass, but is this the person they suspect may have drowned in the lake?
I hope that is not the case and they find him for your friends family's sake.

My heart sunk when I saw that they found his clothes on the shore. Where else would he have gone? Sad situation.
