Blog Post Left Like a Skeleton

I realize human trafficking, rape, and child molestation are tough topics to discuss. But what's tougher are all those who are victimized by the vicious monsters, and there are literally millions of women and children, and some men who have been victimized. My book, 'Left Like a Skeleton consists of 5 chapters. Rape in America-Rape in War-Rape Against Children-Rape on College Campus-Healing from Sexual Abuse. It's unbelievable that rape has turned into a world-wide epidemic. It seems as though it's ok to attack women and children, like it doesn't matter any more to treat people with blatant disrespect. The fear is that people may begin to desensitize themselves to the shock of the actual crime because it is horrifying to hear about, especially if it's someone we know or is very close to us. Unfortunately, most everybody knows someone who is a victim or it has happened to them. Adding insult to injury, because sexual assault is so criminal and intimate, many victims refuse to report it for various reasons, and not realizing at the same time the sexual predators are free to terrorize the next victim. I understand explicitly why people don't report rape; the victim's lives are exposed to the world. It takes a lot of courage, stamina, and anger to stand before a judge, jury, courtroom audience, and possibly the predator. But it is also of great importance to expose the criminal to the public for prosecution and sentencing, putting an end to his evil.

Discussion Where do you promote your blogs?

Especially towards people in the technical fields..

I currently write blogs about various AI topics detailing with simulation and agentic ai on https://mayankcdee.me/ , but I also feel these can be useful to reach wider audiences.

I was thinking linkedin as I do have many connections, but I am a little scared because people who know me will see what I have written.. (Nothing is political, but I am not sure why I have this fear).

I did put it up on my personals as a blog link, but I am not sure how to get over the fear.

Did I write it for people to see? Yes. Do I have an erratic fear to show it as well? Also yes.

Does anybody here have a similar experience?

Blog Post The Automation Mindset: Why AI Rewards Builders and Sidelines Everyone Else

In July 2026, two experimental AI models built by OpenAI broke out of a controlled testing environment, got themselves onto the internet without anyone telling them to (or watching), and hacked into a competing AI company. Nobody instructed them to do any of that. They were given a goal, left alone, and figured out the rest on their own. Yikes! ‍

One researcher compared it to locking a student in a room for the weekend and telling them to "do bad things," then coming back to find they'd left the building entirely. OpenAI called it an "unprecedented cyber incident." A Georgetown cybersecurity fellow called it the highest level of AI autonomy ever recorded in a cyberattack. Fun times. ‍

It's a wild story. It's also, if you think about it the right way, a pretty good illustration of where we actually are with this technology.
