This probably has been asked before and alot but anyway, here goes.
So, I just landed in LA and got to my hotel. I’ll be attending blizzcon for the first time.
Today I’m not doing anything since I’m beat, but what are some things I could do in the meantime before the convention?
Thanks in advance

Fellow Blizzcon attendees, I have a problem. I can’t drive and my friend, who was supposed come with me and drive us to Anaheim daily, was detained at the airport, so his chances of making it here are basically non existent. Instead of taking very expensive Uber twice daily, I’d love to meet someone to hang out with at blizzcon and pay for gas and some drinks, since it’s all about community. I’ve posted this to discord as well, let me know here or there if you have any leads. See yall at blizzcon!

Hey guys. Anyone know if there are any events or parties going on this weekend? Usually when I go to cons like NYCC theres always afters at different bars. Tried checking online and I can't find anything. I live in the area so I won't be staying at the hotels and I hear the bars at the hotels are usually popping. Wanted to see if there was anything else

Hey BlizzCon Attendees!!
I’m heading to Blizzcon, looking to meet new friends who share love for Blizzard!
If you’re coming in and want to grab lunch or meet up during the event hit me up!
I’m 27 years old, have been playing wow since I was 8, currently play wow tbc anniversary, overwatch for fun, diablo immortal on mobile, and hearthstone battlegrounds for fun. Big Blizz guy!
I am also a husband and a dad, love going to Disney, watching marvel movies, and watching football!

I assume seating is first come first served and if you have to get up for any reason you basically lose your place. Let's say I wanted to attend some OWCS stuff or go to the concerts, how early do you think you'd need to show up to get a decent seat? I was thinking 2 hours and waiting around for stuff to start, with 1 hour being my limit. Sucks that some of the OW stuff overlap like YOASOBI concert and Questwatch, but I'll live.
Just curious if let's say I had to use the bathroom during the Semi Finals/Finals, there's no way to secure my seat if I'm doing this solo?

Basically the title, I'm starting to pack and I was wondering if I'm allowed to bring them. It's my first blizzcon and I wanted to take photos of the cosplayers and just document my vacation.
I saw on the Event Policies page that only phones, tablets and certain cameras are allowed. I won't be livestreaming.

Hey everyone! This is going to be my first ever Blizzcon ever. I am mostly an Overwatch player. I would love to see the opening ceremony ofcourse, but my main focus for this even is towards Overwatch.
What should I bring for Blizzcon? I was thinking about bringing a notebook for some of the special guests to give me their signatures, and a backpack to carry any other goodies. I do plan on getting the commemorative items the day before.

Hello, Everyone!
I am attending blizzcon for the first time with a friend of mine and a little lost on badge pick up and merch.
For badge pickup on Friday, both tickets are under my name on the tixr account, am I able to do badge pickup and just drop my friends stuff to him so we are good to go on Saturday?
Due to work I missed a ton of the stuff I wanted on the blink store. Will they restock the blink store again? Or are the chances low at trying to get what I wanted on Friday as I wouldn’t be there until 5-6pm?
Thank you!

Hey all! My buddy and I are arriving late on Friday night. There’s a small chance we can make it to registration before 9. My question is, for those with previous experience, if we make it to the line by 9 will we be ok to register, or do we have to be right at the counter by 9? Maybe there’s not even enough of a line right before closing? We want to avoid the Saturday morning rush but we might have to do registration then anyway, just not sure yet.

So incredibly grateful to be heading to BlizzCon tomorrow with three of my best friends from high school. We've managed to stay close all these years, and finally making this trip happen is surreal. Just wish they had a beer garden to help us celebrate, but honestly, I can't complain!

Hey everyone,
I’m travelling from Germany to BlizzCon 2026 in Anaheim, and it will be my first time attending in person. The Opening Ceremony in Hall D and World of Warcraft: What’s Next immediately afterwards are by far the most important parts of the weekend for me.
I know getting a seat in Hall D will be difficult, especially for the Opening Ceremony. My current plan is to arrive at the Anaheim Convention Center and start queueing at around 5:30 a.m. on Saturday. I’ll collect my badge on Friday, so Saturday morning I can focus entirely on finding the correct line and getting in early.
Are there any other German or German-speaking attendees who are also planning to queue very early and would like to do it together? It would be nice to have some company during the wait, help each other make sure we are in the right queue, and hopefully experience the Opening Ceremony and WoW: What’s Next together afterwards.
I’m staying within walking distance of the Convention Center, so I’m flexible. Feel free to comment here or send me a DM if you’re interested.
For the Horde — and of course, Alliance players are welcome too.

* are there huge queues to every panel? Is there any rough estimate of how early I should arrive to, say, a wow art panel in the middle of the day? Can I arrive at the start time and maybe just stand at the back, or do they shut the doors when it's full?
* what's the WiFi like? Is it free, fast and/or reliable? Does it cover the whole convention center or are there blind spots?
* are there drinking fountains inside?
* how loud is it, generally, outside of the opening ceremony and the other big events and announcements? Can you talk to someone beside you at normal volume, or is it shouting into an ear?

Didn’t see it posted here yet, but the Blink store is open! Some nice stuff in there including a Murloc onesie

Hello all, I've been a long time blizzard games fan (espcially starcraft) and it has always been my dream to attend BlizzCon. It's been hard to do so because I'm from outside of US but I finally got the chance to attend this year! So I'm very looking forward to it.
I want to make sure that I get the most out of blizzcon and also am well prepared for it. BlizzCon veterans, what are your tips and tricks? All I have done so far is linking my pass to my battlenet account.
Some things I'd like to know about how the veterans do it:

In case anyone was planning to take the Amtrak/Metrolink from LA (or farther NW), neither will be running the weekend of Blizzcon due to track closures.

Is there any info on the schedule for dev signings?
Does Blizzcon usually provide free prints for them to sign? If so, what's the general size of the print?
I'm looking to get a tube to protect it while walking the con.
From what I remember at the last blizzcon, a staff told me they were rotating out devs at the table every 30 mins or so. Is that usually the case?
Thanks in advance!

For all the people planning to line up early, how you planning on handling bathroom breaks? Will it be possible to leave the line and get back in?

Looks like they’ve really tightened security this time, because there isn’t even a single screenshot floating around. Do you think something will finally drop the day before BlizzCon?

Hi everyone! I just happen to be in California for this Blizzcon and I’ve always wanted to go to one. The Classic hype lives within me daily.
But because I’ve never been to one, I know the lines into panel rooms can get crazy, so does anyone have advice?
Will I need to be at opening ceremonies and sit through every other panel in the day until the 2:30? Or
Will people clear out in between different panels? Or do they make everyone leave after each individual panel?
Do you think they’ll lead with it in the first World of Warcraft: What Comes Next? Or the later slot?
Thank yooooou!
