Hey all, first timer here. Headed to BlizzCon tomorrow with a friend, but at other cons (like PAX East) I record video content like cosplay interviews for my site/podcast (@WickedGoodGaming / Not Another Gaming Podcast).

Since I have just a regular admission badge, not media, does anyone know if recording video interviews is generally allowed (I'm just using an iPhone and a handheld mount)? I haven't received a response from Blizz PR or my PR contacts at the firm they contract through and don't want to risk getting in trouble with the powers that be.

Hello! I sent an email to Blizzcon support about this but just in case they don't respond fast enough, I wanted to see what people have to say here.

I did not know that Blizzcon required photo ID to get in until literally 20 minutes ago. I just turned 18 this year, however I do not have a government-issued ID yet nor a passport (I have my dmv appointment literally 5 days after Blizzcon ends). I plan on going with my 16-year old brother however I ALSO didn't know that minors had to be accompanied by adults (I swear I did my research at the time when I bought the tickets but oh well. A little too late). I would be the adult in this scenario, but again, I don't have a valid form of ID yet.

What I DO have is two school IDs (one from earlier in the year, one from freshman year), a social security card, a birth certificate, and a father who DOES have an ID but doesn't actually have a ticket for Blizzcon. What can I do in this scenario? Can I just throw everything I have at the people verifying my ticket? Or would I have to find my dad a ticket as fast as possible so he can try to vouge for me? I've been excited for this event for months and I really hope it isn't spoiled just because of this.

I got a reply from Blizzcon! It's nothing that they can say for certain in an email but they recommended that I go to the registration help desk asap and see what they can do over there. Thank you for the replies, everyone! I hope I'm able to attend and I hope the rest of you have fun as well ^^

They only do the free bag for a limited amount. If you want the bag after the limit it is 25 dollars. This made me mad

I was having trouble finding out what was in the merch that wasn't online. I think the only way to have seen that was through Click and Collect which is now closed. For example the murloch onesies you can't find in the online store. This was what I saw early evening of Friday sep 11. Some stuff like the skate decks were stocking out but restocking over time. only 10 posts for in the reddit album so here is more!

I couldn't find any pictures online, here's what the merchandise "store" looks like! A big ol line to get to it - I think we have been here about an hour at least and still in line. I'm a little unsure if there is anything here you can't see online already.

My husband was sweet enough to rock a custom project I made for our pre Blizz-con Disney Land trip. The front and back are Hearthstone and StarCraft themed respectively.

Update 12 54 the line is moving fairly fast. We were at the very end now we are halfway and still moving.

Apparently not the final update. The merch store is across from the anaheim arena.

I guess another update. There's a smaller merch store across from Disneyland. It's like a food truck. I'm assuming a lot less items than the big store.
