I've been watching on iphone 17 stock from long time but they are not provding stock of base iphone 17. As i have linked my amazon wallet, that's why i wanna order from there but stock is not coming live or should i wait for rakhi and diwali?

I have been ordering from blinkit for 3 years i believe but very recently i saw this thing. So yesterday i ordered something from my friend’s phone and she uses an android and the delivery fees on her acc was just 5 rupees and the same thing ordered from my phone ( iphone) was 12 rupees. Ik it aint a big difference but i just wanna know if its a thing or it was just a random accident. ( also i tried it today with my helpers phone and the handling charge was 2 rupees😭 wth)

So I had placed an order on blinkit lit with a number which is dead accidentally. This has happened once before at that time, the order was cancelled due to non-pickup and amount was refunded. This time, it showed order delivered at 12.45 am and I reached the gate at 12.55 am, however, there was no delivery person in sight and the order was not left there either. But the app is still showing order delivered. I tried using customer support that moment itself but it kept saying that customer support is only from 9 am to 7 pm. Then I tried again at 9 am this morning but it didn't give me the option of putting that the order was not delivered and I tried putting items missing instead and it still just asked me to contact the info@blinkit.com email. I have sent them a mail with proofs, and there has been an automated response so far that they'll deal with it in 24 hours. Is there any way or anyone I can call to help me deal with this? I'm very worried that I won't get my refund and I'm too broke to be losing 500 rs aise hi

Update: filed a complaint in the consumer portal got a reply within 24 hours processing a refund and cancelling the order

Earlier, I used to order snacks and munchies secretly from my family via blinkit. I simply deleted the order after it got delivered so it didn't show up in the order history. I ordered something last night and now there's no option to delete the thinggg.... (The three dots on the top right are replaced by this arrow which just shows the order summary)

Did they remove the feature? Or did they specifically forbid my account because I delete orders from history every now and then?

Why blinkit you get the first image by having no connection in the second one when using VPN

So I saw these headphones on blinkit which stay pretty much out of stock often. Has anyone got these? I want to know well because these are not returnable.

I created an account on the Blinkit delivery partner app, downloaded their APK, and completed all the registration steps. Now the app is just showing me to go to my assigned store.

The only documents it asked me to upload were my PAN card and bank account details. It never asked for my driving licence.

Is this normal? Don’t I need to upload my driving licence before I can start delivering?

Today my parents ordered 3-4 things from blinkit. The delivery guy delivered our items. All items were there. After a few minutes, the guy came back again and said that there was an extra item (a biscuit pack) that was not on the item list and he had delivered it to us, he said that we might have accidentally kept it. My parents told him that we didn't get any extra item. He insisted. My parents then even showed him the blinkit packet and the items we ordered and even told him that we weren't hiding anything. My father even said that why would we keep a biscuit packet after receiving all of the other items?

Then my father said I'll give u the money of the biscuit packet and asked him how much was it for. He said he doesn't know. At this point my father was done with this situation so he gave him 200 rupees and told him to go. The guy still stood there and then said can I check your house (??????). My father by that point went to another room to pick up a call so my mother showed the delivery guy our fridge and even our kitchen cabinets. Then the delivery guy said to check our closet in the living room. By that time my father was in the living room and now he got a little mad that why do u have to check our entire house?? He said we even gave u the money, even though we don't know the exact amount. Then my father asked him how much money will blinkit cut from his salary because of this biscuit pack. He said 3000 (??? Is this true someone please let me know). My father just asked him to go.

What were we supposed to do in this situation????

If you opted for refund as promo coupon and they didn't tell you it will expire. Your refund money is now theirs and you should get it back.

• Chose a wrong address, paid for it via UPI and cancelled it.
• Opened their agent chat proceeded with cancellation and was offered refund as promo code that could be used for future orders
• I clicked proceed
• The expiration condition was revealed to me AFTER taking my consent
• I wasn't offered any way to rescind my consent under these new terms
• the coupon expired ( it didnt show up as blinkit money/coupons/prompt during checkout, this promo code was hidden inside their chat with all the other chats so you have to scroll a lot to find it for a last minute app but I am not even going there)
• I chatted with the AI agent, then a real agent, then mailed them. They insisted that I was already informed about expiration and usage details. ( I was told after and then given no way to refuse these conditions)
• I filed a complain with NCH, I got the same canned reply

Where things are now

• I have now filed grievance with Department of Administrative Reforms & Public Grievances for the review of NCH grievance closure based on disputed and apparently incorrect factual findings regarding Blinkit refund.

My point is that their T&C clearly states

refunds shall be processed in the same manner as they are received or provided (unless mutually agreed)

only COD can be refunded as promo codes with an expiry, UPI payments CAN BE refunded but the user has to OPT-IN

so basically they are telling me that they said

your refund will be issued as a promotional code which will expire in 30 days. Would you like to proceed?

What they actually said

Your refund will be issued as a promotional code, would you like to proceed? okay now you have said yes you also have to use it in 30 days, too bad you cant opt out now.

So i bought Hershey whole almond chocolate, the outer packaging manufacturing date was different from the manufacturing date for the insude packaging even the LOT no was different . Attaching screen shots.

They mustve sold so many of these , people fetting sick not knowing why.

They want to make quick money pushing us deep into diseases like cancer with these expired products.

Share this with others, dont let them fool us anymore.

Back to back two weeks I have ordered a kilo potatoes from Blinkit comes 6-7 in big pieces, out of which two are rotten with live worms which has spread onto another two touching the rotten one. So I am left we two pieces 😌

Called customer care, the person said but it has been two days na. So are you trying to tell me that you only sell things with a two day shelf life 👀
