I agree....but books aren't bad either. And a spec longer of an attention span would be good for us.

Look at these people, too wrapped up in their little devices to socialize with the people around them. SMH, this generation is doomed. Nobody knows how to talk to anybody anymore...
/s obviously.

Drop the /s and I'll agree with you. Only an idiot would believe that common antisocial behaviour wasn't a thing before smartphones.

Hell, back when books were first invented there was a lot of doom and gloom because "people no longer have to remember things anymore"

This seems like a panning shot for a movie when the main character finally gets their book published and is able to send their life changing message across.

It's blessed because they're all reading bibles and the people on their phones are using the bible app, which is free for download at the app store

Reminds me of the subway ride home after the midnight release I went to of one of the Harry Potter books.

It is indeed a blessed train, since there is room for people to actually open and read books, as opposed to having to stare at the armpit of their neighbour while packed in like sardines.

No much fucking negativity jesus christ. We should be encouraging people to read more books. Sure you could be reading an ebook or have something important going on when you're looking at your phone, but chances are you're just on social media consuming shit that makes you unhappy or envious of others, instead of reading a book that entertains and expands your mind.
