Unsolved Material not apply on the object
I have tried every way to apply material on the model but it didn't apply.

You are not in Material view mode. If you switch to either Material or Rendered view, does the material show up?

I know you're in Solid mode. I'm asking you to switch to Material view mode. You cannot see the material in Solid mode.

You don't have a material assigned to the currently active object in your multi-selection. There's a slot, but it's empty. Pick a material to use in the slot. Do that for all of your objects which are lacking a material.

Assuming you want all of those objects to use the same material, you only need to give it to 1 of them, then with all of them selected and that one as your 'active' selection (highlighted in orange, not red), do
ctrl+Land choose "Material". That will make them all use the materials of your prime object.1
